Cognac shipments have been growing at an average pace of +3-4% (in volume) over the past 20 years.
The main cognac body, the BNIC (Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac) is also anticipating this level of volume growth (+3-4%) going forward, given the capacity constraints of the AOC.
